Split Body valves are floating ball valves flanged or with welded or threaded ends, two-way, shut-off, full-pass or reduced-pass, bidirectional.

Split body FULL BORE

  • STANDARD EXECUTION

    Two-way, shutoff, full bore, bidirectional ball valve. Design in accordance with EN 12516, ISO 17292, PED 2014/68/EU, ASME B16.34, API 6D. RF or RTJ flanging in accordance with EN 1092-1 or ANSI B16.5.

    Gauge in accordance with EN 558 or ANSI B16.10.

    Fire Safe in accordance with API 6FA, API 607 and ISO 10497. ATEX ZONE II 2GD (Directive 2014/34/EU).

    SIL 3 in accordance with IEC 61508.

    TA-LUFT / Fugitive Emission ISO 15848.

    Top Mounting in accordance with ISO 5211, anti-ejection stem, anti-static device in accordance with BS 5146. Hydraulic and pneumatic testing in accordance with EN 12266-1, ISO 5208, API 598, API 6D.

    Sealing class in accordance with ISO 5208: grade A soic seals, grade D metal seals. Surface finish for carbon steel standard paint manufacturer.

  • MATERIAL OF THE MAIN COMPONENTS

    Body and lock: carbon and stainless steel from bar up to DN 100 (4"), forged DN higher. Trim from bar: AISI 316/316L stainless steel.

    Seats: PTFE or RPTFE (25% carbon graphite). Body and rod seals: VITON O-ring and graphite. Galvanized carbon steel lever.

    Recommended temperatures: TS -29°C to +150°C.


  • OPTIONAL

    Body and Trim: nickel alloys, duplex, SSD, Titanium, other materials on request. Temperatures: suitable materials and seals down to -101°C or +500°C.

    NACE MR0175 - MR0103.

    Tie rods and nuts in various materials and special coatings. ENP coating for trims.

    Seats: TFM, PTFE NXT®, PEEK, KEL-F, Metallic with TCC or CCC coating.

    Body and stem seals: elastomers, perfluoroelastomers, PTFE, "V" pack, Lip Seal, Spiral Wound. Stem extension for insulation 100 mm.

    Low and high temperature extension, Live Loading System, double seal, bleed plug. Unidirectional valve with balance hole on ball.

    Stainless lever, Gear operator, padlocking device.

    Automation: pneumatic or electric actuators, limit switches, solenoid valves. Heating jacket on body with flanged, welded or threaded connections. Special coatings.
